FB Education & Wellbeing was founded by Flick Burton following a 20-year career in primary education, including leadership roles as Deputy Headteacher, Head of School and Headteacher.

After experiencing both the privilege and the pressures of school leadership firsthand, Flick knew she wanted to continue making a difference, but in a different way. She recognised that supporting children also means supporting the educators who care for them every day, and that lasting change comes when the wellbeing of whole school communities is prioritised.

With first-hand experience of school leadership and a deep understanding of the emotional demands placed on children and staff, FB Education & Wellbeing was created to provide compassionate, relationship-centred support. Through therapeutic interventions for children alongside coaching, reflective supervision and wellbeing services for leaders, the mission is to help schools become places where everyone can flourish.
